I focus on helping you overcome fear of childbirth or past birth trauma. Through personalized support, education, and coping strategies, I aim to empower you to approach childbirth with confidence, resilience, and a sense of peace. My goal is to create a nurturing environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported as you navigate your childbirth journey.

Nurtrition & Excerise

Your daily health and wellness are vital during preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum. In coaching sessions, we assess your current nutrition and exercise habits and provide guidance to optimize your body's health for conception and throughout pregnancy. This focus is central to coaching because nutrition and exercise significantly impact a healthy pregnancy also contributing to a smoother labor, delivery, and recovery.

Determining the Right Birth Location/Provider

I assist you in making informed decisions about the best location for your birth experience, whether that be a hospital, birthing center, or home birth setting. By discussing the benefits, risks, and your individual preferences, I help you navigate this important decision with confidence and clarity.

Customizing Your Birth Plan

A birth plan is a powerful tool that empowers you to communicate your preferences and desires for your birthing experience to your birth team. By working closely with you, I ensure that your birth plan reflects your values, priorities, and aspirations for a positive and radiant labor and delivery.

Preparing for an unmedicated, natural birth

In my coaching, I guide you in understanding the natural processes of physiological birth, including labor stages, hormonal changes, and optimal positioning for the baby. I also teach you to  take ownership in preparing for your positive birth experience and what that ownership looks like practically.  A positive birth experience typically includes a supportive birth environment freedom of movement, comfort measures, and autonomy.

Postpartum Preparation

The "4th trimester" is  crucial, yet often overlooked. Through comprehensive discussions, practical guidance, and emotional support, I empower you to prepare in advance for the challenges and joys of postpartum with confidence and resilience. My coaching encompasses topics such as recovery and self-care, newborn care, breastfeeding support, emotional well-being, and creating a support network, ensuring that you feel prepared and supported as you transition into motherhood.
